We will send a message with the PIN code and detailed instructions for self-check-in the day before your stay.

■ Access to the facility/room
Please check the details via Google Maps or the website URL.

■ Early check-in
Please inquire at the time of booking.

Luggage can be stored at the entrance on the 2nd floor after 12:00 PM.
However, entering the guest room or unpacking luggage is not allowed. Valuables cannot be stored.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.

■ Delivery service
As there is no staff on-site, we cannot accept delivered items.
Please understand that we cannot assist with receiving or handling deliveries.

■ Identity verification
For foreign guests, in accordance with the law, we require a copy of the passport for all staying guests.
Please send a photo of the passport via Airbnb messages at the time of booking.
If identity verification documents are not provided, we may refuse the stay.

For Japanese guests, please provide the address, name, gender, age, and occupation of all staying guests.

■ Accommodation by minors only
If minors are staying alone, please submit identity verification documents for all staying guests, the identity verification document of the representative’s parent or guardian, and a consent form from the guardian.

■ Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

■ Request to strictly adhere to the check-out time
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, cleaning and preparation for the next guests will take place. We kindly ask for your cooperation in strictly adhering to the check-out time.
Please note that if you exceed the check-out time, an additional charge (penalty fee) will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for the smooth operation of our facility.

■ Regarding forgotten items
Please take care of your belongings and ensure that nothing is left behind in the facility.
For hygienic reasons, any food left behind will be discarded.
The collection and shipping of forgotten items may take several weeks, and we cannot provide immediate service.
The storage period is one week; after that, items will be disposed of. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, please note that certain items, such as earphones and electronic devices, may not be eligible for international shipping.

■ Luggage storage
If you wish to store your luggage after check-out, please contact us by 6:00 PM the day before.

■ Please follow Airbnb’s house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

■ Strict adherence to rules regarding noise and smoking is especially requested.

1. There have been numerous complaints from neighbors regarding noise.
   If complaints arise during your stay, we may ask you to leave immediately. Please understand this in advance.
   Additionally, we will not cover any compensation related to this eviction, nor will we provide alternative arrangements.
   If the police are contacted due to noise complaints, you will also be asked to leave.
   Please handle any interactions with the police yourself.
2. Our facility is completely non-smoking.
   Smoking on the streets is prohibited throughout Osaka City by ordinance.
   Please use the designated smoking area on the first floor.
   In the past, a fire incident occurred, so please do not dispose of trash in ashtrays.
   Fires can result in significant compensation claims. Please be mindful of this.

■ Concierge service is not provided.
This accommodation is operated under the concept of “staying as if living.”
Unlike hotels, services such as towel exchange, daily cleaning, suitcase or luggage transport, private car transfers, restaurant reservations, and taxi arrangements must be handled by guests themselves.
