Do you have a concierge service?

Since vacation rentals are different from hotels, we do not provide concierge services. We do not provide towel exchanges, room keeping services, luggage transportation, restaurant reservations, car transfers, or taxi arrangements during your stay.

Is there a parking lot?
A

There is no parking lot within the facility. Also, you cannot park on the road in front of the facility. If you are coming by car, please use the coin parking.

Please tell me the house rules during my stay.
A

This facility is completely non-smoking. No pets allowed.
The facility is located in a quiet residential area. During your stay, parties are prohibited; please be careful of footsteps, music, and loud noises (screams). Noise is especially prohibited at night.
Please note that if there are complaints from neighbors, you may be asked to move out immediately.

Luggage can be stored at the entrance of the room only before check-in.

Can I send my luggage to my room?
A

As there is no staff on site, we are unable to assist with reception and luggage delivery. The delivery company Yamato Transport is located a 5-minute walk from the facility.
